OFF SEASON

A work in progress, Off Season explores usually active locations during times of dormancy. The images suggest that ambiguous state of mind in which one is not certain whether something has ended or something is about to begin. There is no certainty, only the timeless hovering of possibility that reflects the past while at the same time suggesting the future; a condition of quiet that can be full of either hope or despair. Ultimately only the passage of time will reveal whether we have slipped into a temporary hibernation or an eternal off season.
